• Develop and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs)
• Provide specialized instruction and academic support
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where students can thrive
