Field Service Specialist

• Assist in the inventory and data entry of critical infrastructure assets within customer facilities
• Participate in field audits to ensure clean, standardized data within the MCIM platform
• Support senior team members in creating and maintaining operational procedures and scripts
• Help monitor compliance with CMMS schedules and track work order progress
• Learn to navigate and utilize the MCIM platform effectively while assisting in training materials organization

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred
• 1‑2 years of exposure to facility operations, data centers, or other technical environments
• Familiarity with basic building systems such as HVAC and electrical backup systems is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for on‑site activities
• Must be eligible for international travel and possess or be able to obtain a U.S. passport

• Interest in building a career in facilities management or technical services
• Experience in internships or military training related to the field
