In a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member of that team along with the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone and the first face they see when they walk in the door.
You have many responsibilities, but the most important is getting to know your clients so well that you help them identify their problems and anticipate needs. You and your financial advisor are essential in helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities- Provide seamless support to clients, including assisting with client accounts and facilitating communication to ensure a positive client experience.
- Support client accounts, facilitate communication, and maintain productive relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal team members.
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.

- Part-time associates who work an average of at least 30 hours a week over a 12-month period are eligible for:

- What you earn includes discretionary and variable compensation programs with bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, along with individual performance.
- The hiring minimum and maximum ranges shown below are a subset of the total pay range, with merit-based increases possible as you progress in the BOA role.

- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, supporting marketing initiatives, and updating SOPs; execute on the branch business plan. - Technology:
Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.
