Mortgage Operations Specialist

Onsite - Must be local to Kalispell Montana to be considered.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Operations Specialist to support our mortgage lending team and ensure a smooth, compliant loan process from application through closing. This role plays a key part in preparing disclosures, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and members.

• Preparing and processing loan estimates, re-disclosures, and closing disclosures
• Reviewing and auditing loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinating with loan originators, title partners, and members to gather required information
• Managing and prioritizing a daily loan pipeline to meet deadlines
• Addressing compliance alerts and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies
• Providing administrative and customer service support to the mortgage team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in mortgage processing, lending, or accounting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan processing systems
