Commercial Lending Specialist

Must be local, onsite role in Kalispell MT.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lending Specialist to support our commercial loan team. In this role, you will assist with processing loan applications, preparing disclosures, and ensuring a smooth and accurate lending experience for members.

• Prepare and process commercial loan disclosures and closing documents
• Set up and maintain commercial loan files, input loan data, and book loans
• Assist Loan Officers with account maintenance, extensions, modifications, and documentation
• Coordinate appraisals, credit reports, flood certifications, and title insurance
• Communicate with members regarding loan applications and required information
• Provide clerical and customer service support to the commercial lending team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of banking or lending experience required; commercial lending experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
