Construction Loan Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Loan Specialist to support our mortgage lending team. In this role, you will assist with the origination, processing, and maintenance of construction loans, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for members.

• Assisting Construction Loan Originators with loan documentation, closings, and member communications
• Creating and reviewing loan files for accuracy and completeness
• Ordering inspections, appraisals, and tracking lien waivers, insurance, and draw requests
• Monitoring loan balances and reporting discrepancies
• Preparing internal reports, checks, and documentation for loan processing
• Greeting and assisting members professionally and answering loan-related questions
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of banking experience, with knowledge of consumer, real estate, or commercial loans
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn loan systems
