About The Role
The CRP FP&A Business Partner is a strategic finance leader responsible for delivering advanced financial analysis and serving as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership. This role requires direct and ongoing interaction with executive and senior management and carries high decision impact and accountability in shaping business outcomes.
This position expands beyond traditional financial analysis to include consultative partnership, enterprise-level thinking, and proactive leadership. The Business Partner is expected to independently develop insights, challenge assumptions, and provide well‑reasoned recommendations that influence strategic direction, capital allocation, and performance.
Location: Kalispell, MT.
Base salary: $98,243.79 per year (calculated for Kalispell, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and consider multiple factors including geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.
- Lead and enhance profitability analysis at the product, customer, and/or segment level.
- Provide insights to optimize performance, resource allocation, and growth strategies.
- Monitor trends and proactively identify risks and opportunities, escalating findings with recommended actions.
- Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning.
- Identify and evaluate key economic and business drivers impacting performance.
- Translate large, complex datasets into actionable insights and conclusions.
- Develop forward‑looking analysis to inform decision‑making across business lines.
- Serve as a primary finance partner to senior and executive leadership.
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions and organizational direction.
- Lead consultative discussions with business leaders to align financial insights with business strategy.
- Present complex financial concepts, risks, and opportunities clearly to executive audiences.
- Apply independent judgment and demonstrate accountability in developing recommendations with material business impact.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities.
- Drive automation and development of tools to enhance FP&A effectiveness.
- Promote continuous improvement in financial processes and methodologies.
- Manage and leverage the use of the FP&A Platform.
- Design, construct and distribute key reporting according to corporate and divisional requirements.
- Develop, manage and leverage AI capabilities of CoPilot or other approved AI‑assisted tools within FP&A functions and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units and corporate functions.
- Influence outcomes through strong communication, relationship‑building, and business acumen.
- Support alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Lead complex, cross‑functional projects with high levels of ambiguity and impact.
- Ensure delivery of actionable recommendations and measurable results.
- Take ownership of outcomes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Must complete assigned training and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Education (Required): Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Experience: 3 years of progressive experience at a professional services firm specializing in audit, advisory, consulting, or similar services, OR 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis. Banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
Certifications (Preferred): CFA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation.

- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical/reporting tools such as Power BI and Cognos.
