Sport Clips Haircuts in Kalispell is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Salon Coordinator to join our team for a seasonal position
, with the possibility of extending into a longer-term role for the right person — especially current cosmetology or barber students looking to grow within the industry.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands‑on experience in a professional salon environment, build customer service skills, and learn how a successful salon operates behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:- Welcome clients with positive energy and create an awesome first impression
- Answer phones, check clients in, and assist with scheduling
- Help keep the salon clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Support stylists and barbers throughout the day
- Learn about professional haircare products and assist with retail sales
- Assist with social media, local marketing, and promotions
- Handle transactions and assist with daily operations
- Help maintain inventory and salon supplies
- Participate in Sport Clips training and team development
- Gain real-world experience in the cosmetology and barber industry
