  • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress.
  • Document patient condition and progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts.

Requirements Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Licenses/Certification

Current Physical Therapist license in the state employed.

Current CPR certification.

Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
