We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as an In-Home Caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care of Flathead Valley. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing exceptional care and compassion in their homes.

• Provide attention to clients' homecare needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

As an In-Home Caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique needs and personalities. You will provide personalized care and support, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to provide compassionate and considerate care to clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
