• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication disorders.
• Deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered therapy in partnership with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, establish functional goals, and document progress in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support continued progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Participate in departmental initiatives, quality improvement projects, and programs that enhance rehabilitation services across the continuum of care.

• Current Montana Speech/Language Pathology License (required)
• RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required
• Two (2) years of experience in speech‑language pathology preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Shift: Day Shift – 8 hours (United States).

Schedule:

Full‑time, 36 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; schedules are set to accommodate the position and may be adjusted as needed.
