Logan Health Medical Center is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician join their Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy team!

* Qualifications:

**
* ** Possess an active licensure with the Montana Board of Pharmacy as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in good standing required.
*** Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program preferred.
* RQI First Responder within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
* Prior experience in Pharmacy Systems and Electronic Health Records preferred.
* Promotes excellence through setting high standards and providing high quality outcomes.
* Ability to act with integrity, kindness, and exhibit empathy.
* Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
* Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.  See below for addditional qualifications preferred or required for the following positions:  
** Senior Pharmacy Technician:*
* * Three years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
* Minimum of one (1) year experience as a hospital Pharmacy Technician with demonstrated competency in IV admixtures preferred.  
** Pharmacy Technician Specialist:*
* * Three (3) years’ experience as a hospital Pharmacy Technician at an outside facility or through our Pharmacy Tech and Senior Tech programs preferred.
* Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program preferred.
* Proficient in sundry duties to include non-sterile and/or sterile compounding or other advanced skill set preferred.
