** Logan Health Brendan House is seeking a full-time Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing therapy team in beautiful Kalispell, Montana.

**** Qualifications
* ** Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
* Current Montana Physical Therapy Assistant license or temporary Montana PTA license
* Current CPR certification, as applicable to assigned area
* Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
** Responsibilities
* ** Provide therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
* Assist with individualized treatment plans to support resident goals
* Deliver care that reflects resident age, culture, condition, and functional needs
* Document treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record
* Follow therapy standards, payer guidelines, and department expectations
* Collaborate with the care team on resident goals, progress, and discharge planning
* Use therapy equipment, materials, and techniques safely and appropriately
* Maintain productivity, attendance, and documentation standards
* Support a positive, respectful, and resident-centered care environment
