Opening

First Call is looking for a dependable, curious, people‑focused person in or near Harlem, Montana, to help local organizations keep their computers, networks, users, and systems working.

This role may be a fit for an experienced IT technician-or for someone with strong customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and a real interest in technology who wants to be trained.

You’ll help client organizations solve everyday technology problems. That may include:

• Setting up computers, helping users, and troubleshooting.
• Administering Google Workspace.
• Working with printers and networks.
• Doing projects.
• Coordinating with the broader First Call technical team.

This role may be a strong fit if you are reliable, calm under pressure, good with people, and naturally curious about how things work. You do not need to know everything. You do need to enjoy work and people, use software and processes, and be willing to learn.

Full‑time, onsite at client location. We may consider a training path for the right candidate.

$60‑70k per year, depending on experience. Training‑path candidates and experienced technicians will be considered separately.
