We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to drive global growth, marketing, and business development for a leading warehouse automation and robotics technology organization. This role brings together Growth Marketing
, Demand Generation
, and Business Development into a unified engine responsible for scalable, measurable revenue impact. The company delivers cutting-edge automation solutions
, including autonomous mobile robots (
AMRs
),
robotic shuttles, automated storage & retrieval systems (
ASRS
),
conveyor systems
, and warehouse software platforms for customers worldwide.
- Basic up to $200K + Bonus
- Lead global demand generation programs, including digital, ABM, partner, and field marketing, and own the full pipeline from awareness → revenue contribution.
- Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing BDR/SDR organization, designing outbound strategies, playbooks, scripts, and qualification processes.
- Translate market intelligence, emerging trends, and customer insights into actionable campaigns, messaging frameworks, and strategic GTM programs.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Operations teams to align pipeline, optimize market traction, and influence positioning, pricing, and messaging.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of complex projects, while continuously improving processes, reporting, and team performance.
- Build a world-class culture of accountability, creativity, experimentation, and collaboration within the Growth and Business Development organization.
Experience:
- 8+ years of leadership experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Business Development, or GTM strategy within B2B technology, automation, robotics, or industrial markets.
- Proven track record of pipeline creation, revenue acceleration, and team leadership.
- Deep understanding of warehouse automation, autonomous vehicles, robotics, software platforms, and supply chain technology.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in funnel metrics, forecasting, attribution, and performance optimization.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
