We are seeking an experienced Backup & Storage Consultant with deep hands‑on expertise in Commvault Backup & Recovery and enterprise storage platforms including Net App, Dell EMC/App, and Lenovo
. This consultant will support, optimize, and enhance enterprise backup and data protection environments in a fully remote capacity.
- Architect, configure, and administer Commvault backup and recovery solutions
- Integrate Commvault with Net App, Dell EMC/App, and Lenovo storage platforms
- Manage backup policies, retention, replication, and recovery testing
- Perform restores, disaster recovery validation, and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot complex backup, storage, and media agent issues
- Document configurations and provide operational best practices
- Advanced hands‑on experience with Commvault (Media Agents, Comm Cells, policies, and scheduling)
- Strong knowledge of Net App (ONTAP), Dell EMC/App, and Lenovo storage backup integrations
- Experience with enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and data protection strategies
- Familiarity with virtualized environments and storage‑based snapshots
- Ability to work independently and deliver in a consulting role
