Role Summary
Sophos is looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Vice President of Sales Development (SDR) to lead our high-performing global SDR teams across all theaters (Americas, EMEA, APJ). This is a newly created, mission-critical role designed to unify our SDR functions under one executive leader, reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Sales Development at Sophos—aligning demand generation, pipeline creation, and sales-readiness under a cohesive global vision. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of proven sales leadership, operational discipline, and a passion for developing top SDR talent into world-class sales professionals.
As Sophos continues to scale rapidly following the acquisition of Secure Works MDR business and evolving market opportunities, having a unified and empowered SDR organization is essential. This role will be pivotal in transforming Sales Development into a world-class engine of growth that delivers qualified pipeline and nurtures next-gen sales talent.
