We are currently hiring an Italian Speaking Technical Support Advisor for our very prestigious international client.
What You Will Do- Provide first-level technical support to Italian-speaking customers
- Assist users with basic troubleshooting related to devices, connectivity, and software
- Identify issues and guide customers step-by-step toward resolution
- Escalate more complex cases when necessary
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication
- Italian language at fluent level
- Good level of English (B2 minimum)
- Basic PC knowledge and confidence using digital tools
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
- No prior experience required — this is a first professional opportunity
