Branch Manager - Service and Operations

We’re supporting a fuel‑systems service business with a long‑standing presence in Montana as they hire a Branch Manager for their Kalispell operation.

This is a hands‑on operations leadership role
, not a corporate or desk‑based position.

• Leading technicians and field service teams day to day
• Owning safety, execution, and customer delivery
• Managing scheduling, labor, and branch‑level P&L
• Being present with the team and customers when issues arise

Success in this role requires enjoying people leadership
, coaching, and accountability. This is not a back‑office or strategy‑only position.

• Service Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager experience
• Equipment, industrial service, fleet, diesel, construction, or similar environments
• Comfort leading technicians and handling real‑world operational problems

• Roles focused primarily on corporate operations, analytics, or indirect oversight
• Candidates seeking remote, hybrid, or relocation‑only opportunities

• Base salary generally $100K–$130K
• Bonus opportunity
