Lead people leadership, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; manage scheduling and associate development.;
Oversee the associate experience and ensure proper labor management, recognition, onboarding, mentoring, and succession planning.;
Manage the overall store experience for associates and pet parents, including responding to concerns and ensuring safety and health of pets.;
Collaborate with Store Leadership to coordinate in-store and community events, including local adoption partnerships.;
Ensure store standards, policy compliance, and execution of monthly Core and Services Walks; monitor safety and risk; manage store communications and coaching.
