Procurement Multi-Family Manager, Supply Management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all supplier-related activities and commit company resources.
• Manage employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines.
• Develop and execute project and process plans.
• Provide technical management of suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee negotiation processes and related tools.
• Manage and develop employees.

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience).
• More than 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management.
• More than 3 years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.
• More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).
