Position: Vice President / County Manager

This position is based in Kalispell, Montana, and provides leadership and oversight for our Kalispell, Whitefish, and Bigfork operations.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic leader to serve as Vice President / County Manager. This role leads all aspects of market operations, including personnel management, financial performance, business development, customer relationships, compliance, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will drive growth, build high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional Title and Escrow service across the market.

Key Responsibilities
    Lead and develop employees across Kalispell, Whitefish, and Bigfork operations.

    Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and mentor team members.

    Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

    Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of title, escrow, and related services.

    Develop and manage annual budgets while driving profitability and sustainable growth.

    Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, licensing requirements, and fiduciary responsibilities.

    Build and maintain strong customer, community, and industry relationships.

    Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share and revenue.

    Partner with corporate leadership to implement company initiatives and operational best practices.

    Analyze performance metrics and make strategic decisions to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.

    Represent Insured Titles professionally within the community and industry.

    Travel between locations and participate in community, business, and industry events as needed.

Requirements
    High school diploma or equivalent.7-10 years of relevant leadership, business management, title, escrow, banking, real estate, financial services, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous leadership and management experience required.

    Must obtain a Montana Producer's License within 90 days of hire and maintain licensing requirements.

    Must obtain a Notary Public commission within 90 days of hire.

    Must be at least 18 years old.

    Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR and background check.

    Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight.

    Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
    Previous experience in title, escrow, banking, or real estate.

    Previous sales, marketing, or business development experience.

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
