Sheet Metal Production Specialist

• Assist in the production of metal roofing, siding, and trim products
• Measure, form, cut, and package materials accurately
• Operate and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and productivity
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Forklift experience preferred
• Construction experience preferred
• Competitive pay starting at $20.00 an hour; DOE
• Full-time schedule:
  Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
