We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Mechanical Technician / Fabrication Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and collaborating with a team to design, build, and improve systems and components.

The right candidate will be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. A strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and schematics
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve mechanical challenges
  • Assist in the design, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical components
  • Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Stay productive during downtime by organizing, cleaning, or progressing project tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications Required:
  • Mechanically inclined with basic knowledge of tools (drills, bolts, hand tools, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and stay on task
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to pass a 5-panel drug test and background check
(not required):

Experience or exposure in one or more of the following areas:

  • Millwright work
  • CNC machining
  • Welding
  • Electrical systems
  • Automotive repair
  • Aircraft maintenance
