Full-Time Production Machine Operator - Rubber Manufacturing
Join a growing rubber production facility offering $18/hr to start (DOE) and strong long‑term advancement for individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and build a trade.
What You’ll Do- Operate production and manufacturing machinery
- Perform painting, assembly, and general shop labor
- Handle industrial materials, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Maintain an organized, detail‑driven workflow
- Stay focused and attentive to task accuracy and safety
- Previous experience operating manufacturing/production machinery
- Experience in rubber or plastics production
- Strong desire to learn and grow your skillset
- Dependable work ethic and team‑oriented mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
