Job Overview

Weyerhaeuser is offering a $1,500 hiring bonus. This entry‑level production team member opportunity is located at the Kalispell Lumber facility. The starting wage is $23.35 per hour.

• Commit to safety and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Safely operate equipment and maintain a clean workstation.
• Support manufacturing by maximizing plant uptime and supporting your stage of production.
• Interpret work instructions and complete tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills.
• Communicate with team members and leadership to improve safety and operating performance.
• Flexibility to transition between Kalispell Lumber and Kalispell Plywood as necessary.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Resume detailing education and work history.
• Documented work history.
• Good performance, safety and attendance record.
• Willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Team oriented.
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, nights and rotating.
• Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Basic math and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to perform essential functions requiring climbing stairs, navigating catwalks, stooping, bending, lifting/exertion up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, or 20 pounds continuously.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Successful completion of pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
