Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Assembler for a manufacturing company in the Flathead Valley. If you enjoy building things, working with tools, and being part of a productive team, this is a great opportunity to step into a steady, hands‑on role.

Assembler

$20/hr

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Flathead Valley

• Build large wooden crates for manufacturing and shipping
• Use nail guns, staple guns, and other hand/power tools
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
• Follow build instructions and maintain consistent quality
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Willingness to learn, work hard, and take direction
• Strong work ethic and a team‑player attitude
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check (no felonies)
• Steel-toed boots required
• Experience Woodworking or carpentry experience is a big plus
• General construction or assembly experience helpful

High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working with tools throughout the day
