CNC Machine Operator

• Assist in setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes
• Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments
• Inspect finished parts using measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement efforts
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• No prior CNC experience required — training provided
