Temporary Associate

Home Goods is seeking a Temporary Associate to support manufacturing and warehouse operations at Widgets Co, a leader in innovative industrial tools. In this role, you'll assist with product assembly, packaging, labeling, and material handling in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. You'll follow work instructions, use basic hand tools, and help with inventory tasks while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Working within a collaborative culture, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn new skills, and contribute to efficient production and on-time order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly, packaging, and labeling of products
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production areas
• Inspect products for visible defects and report issues
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Use basic hand tools and equipment as directed
• Support inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Work from written instructions and production schedules
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
