Web Express is a long-established web development company serving 300+ active clients locally and nationwide. We provide website design, hosting, ecommerce, payment solutions, and ongoing web support. We’re expanding our marketing division and are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to help us define, package, sell, and deliver marketing services for our company and our clients.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can work across strategy and execution — building repeatable marketing packages, supporting sales conversations, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Position Summary

We are looking for a marketer who is comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end, communicating results clearly, and contributing to shaping the marketing department.

Help define and refine scalable marketing packages Web Express can sell to clients

Support sales by participating in client conversations, scoping, and recommending solutions

Execute marketing services for Web Express and for a roster of client accounts

Track results, report performance, and optimize campaigns over time

Contribute to building repeatable internal processes and templates as we scale

Introductory Period (First 90 Days)

This role begins with a structured 90-day introductory period to assess mutual fit and performance. During this time, you’ll be evaluated against clear outcomes. Continued employment beyond the introductory period is based on performance, business needs, and budget

Key Responsibilities

Help define and refine tiered marketing packages with clear scope and deliverables

Participate in client discovery calls and help recommend marketing solutions

Assist with proposals, campaign plans, and expectations-setting

Collaborate with the Web Express team to align fulfillment with package scope and pricing

Campaign Execution (Web Express + Clients)

Plan and execute campaigns across key channels such as:

Google Ads (Search/Display as appropriate)

Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads

Local SEO and listing optimization

Email marketing/newsletters (light automation as needed)

Retargeting and basic funnel improvements

Write or coordinate ad copy, landing page content, and campaign messaging

Build simple campaign assets using templates/tools (creative support may be available depending on workload)

Reporting & Optimization

Track key metrics (leads, calls, conversion rates, CPL/CPA, ROI where applicable)

Provide clear monthly client updates and performance reports

Make ongoing optimization recommendations and implement improvements

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tracking and lead flow are functioning

Client Communication & Account Ownership

Serve as a point of contact for marketing clients (monthly updates and ongoing campaign coordination)

Maintain organized notes, tasks, and deliverables across accounts

Keep projects moving and communicate proactively about priorities and results

Required Skills & Experience

3–7+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred)

Practical experience executing campaigns of the following:
Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing

Strong communication skills (client‑facing updates, explaining results, setting expectations)

Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects/accounts

Comfortable working with modern marketing tools (CRM, analytics, ad platforms, reporting dashboards)

Ability to write clear marketing copy for ads, emails, and landing pages

Experience using GHL (or a similar marketing CRM/automation platform) to manage pipelines, automations, and client communication is strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Basic design capability for simple ad/social graphics

Basic understanding of website/CMS environments and conversion best practices

Basic HTML, CSS experience

Experience working with ERP systems
