MP Business Services is seeking a dedicated, full-time Marketing Manager to lead and expand marketing operations across a diverse portfolio of offerings—including marine, power sports, metal fabrication, tractors, construction equipment, and storage.

This position is intended for an experienced professional who is ready to make MP Business Services their primary career focus and play a foundational role in building a long-term marketing department within our growing organization. The Marketing Manager will oversee initiatives across multiple operating entities and play a key role as MP Business Services continues to expand through new acquisitions and contracted service offerings.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor—capable of leading a team, managing vendors and agencies, and developing scalable systems that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and measurable ROI across all marketing channels.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with leadership goals and brand strategy.
• Lead digital marketing efforts across social media, paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and email to drive awareness, leads, and sales.
• Oversee content creation (blog, website, photography, video, social media, newsletters) to ensure engaging, cohesive messaging.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, report on KPIs, and refine strategies for optimal impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and media vendors to ensure efficient, cohesive campaign execution.
• Manage advertising co-op programs, ensuring maximum value and compliance with manufacturer and vendor guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate events, product launches, open houses, and seasonal promotions.
• Capture and produce in-house content—including photography, video, and drone footage—for use across marketing channels.
• Oversee customer engagement and reputation management, including online reviews, social interaction, and community relations.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Perform additional related duties to support company-wide marketing and growth objectives.

• 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Ability and commitment to serve as a full-time, career-focused leader within MP Business Services growing business management group.
• Industry experience in marine, powersports, agriculture, construction, or automotive strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation (funnels, lead nurturing, segmentation).
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO, PPC, SEM, social media marketing, and email automation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Creative, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple brands and initiatives simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events, vendor meetings, and content production.
