• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences.
• Document nursing care and resident progress accurately and timely.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.

The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience as an RN in a Long‑Term Care setting, a current BLS certification, eligibility for State licensure, and may need additional certifications before beginning an assignment.

Job . Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Posted job title:
