LTC SNF / TCU RN – 12 Hour Nights |

Shift & Schedule

• 12 Hour Nights
• Shift Times: 1830–0700 (or 0630–1900 for days)

• Patients discharge to home, hospice, or LTC
• Similar to inpatient rehab setting

• LTC: 1:20 Day | 1:38 Night
• TCU: 1:12 Day | 1:15 Night

• 1-year experience accepted
• First-time travelers possibly accepted with LTC or SNF experience
• Required Certification: BLS (RN & LPN)
• Must be comfortable taking on charge role
