Logan Health Medical Center is located in scenic Kalispell, MT in the heart of the Flathead Valley, just minutes from Glacier National Park and two ski resorts.

The 40‑bed Acute Care Unit cares for patients with COPD, CHF, kidney failure, GI bleeds, sepsis, post‑op orthopedic, urology, neuro, and patients transitioning from ICU, IMC, or the ER.

• Provide individualized, goal‑directed nursing care using the nursing process.
• Implement provider orders accurately and efficiently.
• Anticipate and assess patient needs; coordinate timely interventions.
• Educate patients and families on health and medical needs.
• Document patient encounters per organizational standards.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe, effective care.

• Current Montana RN license or compact license (required).
• BSN preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred (hospital, clinic, or physician office).
• Strong knowledge of nursing theory, medical terminology, HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control.
• BLS/CPR required; additional certifications as applicable.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and EMR systems).

Night shift – 12 hours. Full‑time, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules may be adjusted as needed.
