Registered Nurse - Surgery Center RN

Join Missoula Bone & Joint and Surgery Center as a Full‑Time Registered Nurse in the Post‑Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This position requires 36 hours per week with an expectation to flex up to 40 hours as needed onsite.

Compensation ranges from $37–$52 per hour.

Monitor patients post‑anesthesia, assessing vital signs, managing pain control, and ensuring patient comfort while they recover. Collaborate with surgical teams to provide immediate care and support, identifying any complications that may arise. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education on recovery processes and discharge instructions. Adapt to daily challenges, using problem‑solving skills and commitment to excellence to support patients on their healing journey.
