Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive care to a diverse mix of adult and pediatric patients across pre‑ and post‑operative and general medical conditions.
- Utilizing low patient‑to‑nurse ratios to conduct thorough assessments, deliver timely interventions, and provide personalized education.
- Operating modern equipment such as bedside monitoring, barcode medication administration, and ultrasound‑guided IV tools to support safe and efficient practice.
- Collaborating with providers, the Acute Care Director, the Charge Nurse, and the CNO, and working closely with an interdisciplinary team.
- Executing the full nursing process—assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation—to achieve safe and effective outcomes for surgical, medical, and pediatric populations.
- Participating in cross‑training opportunities to broaden competencies and contribute to a flexible, high‑performing unit.
- Graduated from an accredited RN program.
- Current Montana RN licensure.
- Completion of BLS, ACLS, and PALS within six months of hire.
