Overview
Help patients rest easy—literally. Join Logan Health as a Polysomnographic Technician and play a key role in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders that impact quality of life. In this overnight role, you’ll perform sleep studies, monitor patients, and support diagnostic and therapeutic care for sleep disorders.
Responsibilities- Perform overnight sleep studies (PSG, titration, and Home Sleep Apnea Testing) following AASM standards.
- Monitor and document physiological data while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Educate patients on procedures, equipment, and sleep hygiene.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other clinical staff to support personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records, equipment, and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Current credential in sleep technology (RPSGT or RRT‑SDS) required.
- Associate degree in science or medicine preferred.
- CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
- Excellent communication, technical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
- Night shift – 12 hours.
