Position Details- Full‑time work schedule required for no less than 13 weeks
- 15% Premium (Seasonal Premium)
- Additional night and weekend shift differential pay

- Provide advanced, patient‑centered care to the most critically ill individuals using your clinical expertise and critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes and ensure patient safety.
- Support and educate patients' families during highly stressful and emotional situations, acting as a vital resource for understanding treatment plans.
- Respond rapidly and effectively to deteriorating patient conditions in a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio, ensuring the highest standard of care for critically ill patients.

Utilize cutting‑edge technology and protocols, including invasive hemodynamic monitoring, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and more.
- Current Montana RN license or a multi‑state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.
- BSN degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an ICU or critical care unit.
- Open Heart nursing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology, and principles of professional nursing practice.
- Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification required as dictated by each practice/service line; additional certifications may be required.
Night Shift - 12 Hours. Full‑time hours (36 hours per week) for 13 weeks, 12‑hour night shifts. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week; schedules may be adjusted as needed.
