Job Requirements- Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited institution*
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications*
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years management experience in an acute care or long-term care setting, including leadership responsibilities*
- Other Requirements: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to manage administrative tasks and clinical staff, adaptable and team-oriented attitude
