Take the lead in patient-centered oncology care! Logan Health is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Supervisor to lead our Outpatient Oncology Clinic teams in Kalispell, Montana. This role provides leadership across Hematology & Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Palliative Care, and collaborative cancer services, supporting a highly engaged multidisciplinary care team.
This is a leadership role with real influence. You will help guide daily operations, support clinical excellence, and strengthen an already respected cancer program while working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and frontline oncology staff.

What You Will Do- Provide day-to-day leadership for outpatient oncology teams
- Support Hematology & Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Palliative Care services
- Partner closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to support coordinated cancer care
- Promote a high-quality patient experience across the care continuum
- Support staffing, workflow, and operational efficiency in collaboration with leadership
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development
- Help foster a supportive, collaborative, and engaged team culture
- Participate in planning and operational decision-making for outpatient oncology services
- Current RN licensure in the state of Montana or ability to obtain
- Minimum of one (1) year leadership experience in oncology, infusion, ambulatory care, or related specialty nursing.
- Oncology experience is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a clinical setting required.
- Strong ability to lead teams in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience collaborating across disciplines including physicians and advanced practice providers
- A patient-first leadership style with a focus on quality and team development
- Confidence balancing operational priorities with clinical excellence

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
