Licensed Practical Nurse with Immanuel Living works in a collaborative environment with health care professionals to provide care to residents and their families.

• Follow physicians’ orders, treatments, and resident service plan approaches.
• Carry out duties assigned by the Director of Nursing or Unit Resident Care Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Complete medical and behavioral observations as required.
• Coordinate with all team members to meet residents’ needs and assist other staff as needed.
• Work independently, prioritize duties, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and problem‑solve.
• Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current licensure as an LPN or RN in the State of Montana.
• Completion of 24 continuing education credits within a 2‑year licensure period, as required by the State of Montana.
• Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, State and Federal guidelines for long‑term care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work under time/deadline pressures.

• Frequent sitting; use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; reaching with hands and arms; stooping, kneeling, bending, squatting, crouching, or crawling; talking and hearing.
• Frequently lift up to 10 lbs; rarely lift up to 20 or 40 lbs.
• Occasionally reach above shoulder height; frequently reach from chest to shoulder and below waist level.
• Occasionally carry up to 12 lbs; rarely carry up to 25 lbs.
• Frequently push/pull up to 20 lbs; rarely push/pull up to 40 lbs.
• Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

• Establish and maintain relationships with residents, customers, and coworkers.
