Qualifications:
  • Valid RN license with eligibility to practice in Montana
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
  • Proficiency assisting with adult cardiovascular surgical procedures and technology
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure surgical settings
Responsibilities:
  • Scrub and circulate on complex open-heart and vascular cases
  • Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and patient safety protocols
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to optimize surgical outcomes
  • Prepare and manage specialized equipment and supplies
  • Provide support and reassurance to patients and family members
  • Document interventions and observations accurately in electronic medical records
