• Guide staffing, scheduling and block‑time optimization for 3 operating rooms serving general surgery, podiatry, OB/GYN, orthopedics, ENT.
• Collaborate with the chief nursing officer, OR medical director, anesthesia and sterile processing to drive safety, efficiency and quality.
• Manage budget, infection prevention, accreditation readiness, supply chain and vendor relationships.
• Lead data‑driven quality dashboards, case throughput, preference‑card standardization and professional development for a diverse nursing team.
• Represent the hospital in physician and Allied Health Professional meetings and foster a culture of teamwork and patient advocacy.

The position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and works closely with the OR Medical Director, Anesthesia leadership, Sterile Processing, charge nurses, educators, and the perioperative council.

• RN license with significant OR and perioperative experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (CMS, Joint Commission, infection control).
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex budgets.
• Excellent communication and data‑analysis skills.
