Stillwater Hospice is looking for a dedicated RN who wants to make a real difference in the quieter hours of hospice care. As an On-Call Hospice Nurse, you'll offer crucial support to patients and families during evenings and weekends. Currently interviewing wage: RN $35 - 41/hour while driving, and making scheduled or on-call visits LPN $25 - 30/hour while driving, and making scheduled or on-call visits On call pay: $3/hour for simply being on call.

What you'll do:

• Respond to after-hours calls and provide triage, guidance, and occasional in-person visits when patients need urgent support
• Communicate and coordinate with the broader hospice team to keep all care providers informed
• Offer emotional reassurance and compassionate presence to patients and families in moments that matter most

What we're looking for:

• Current RN license in Montana
• Ability to handle urgent situations calmly and compassionately
• Strong teamwork mentality; comfortable working in a connected, supportive environment
