Key Responsibilities- Scrub and circulate in various surgical procedures.
- Maintain sterile field and enforce infection control protocols.
- Communicate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure patient safety.
- Assist in pre-op and post-op patient assessments and documentation.
- Aid in preparing the operating room and managing surgical instruments.
- Current, unencumbered RN license.
- At least 1 year of recent Operating Room experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current).
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
