At Logan Health’s Surgical Unit team, we are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients with daily care needs, promote comfort and safety, and assist the care team in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

• Assist in the delivery of basic patient care under the guidance of assigned leadership.
• Support patients with activities of daily living.
• Obtain and report vital signs.
• Document care accurately.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
• Communicate with nursing leadership and team members to coordinate care priorities, report changes in condition, and support daily department operations.
• Assist with restocking supplies, maintaining equipment cleanliness and safety.
• Support a positive patient care experience.

• Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate.
• Current CPR certification as applicable to the assigned area.
• Understanding of confidentiality laws that govern the provider‑patient relationship, including HIPAA guidelines.

• Previous work experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to set priorities.
• Ability to function both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting a team‑focused environment.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and learn other software systems as needed.

Day shift – 12 hours (United States of America)

Logan Health operates 24hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
