Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery

Job Summary

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a travel nursing assignment in Kalispell, Montana.

Start Date:

06/02/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 36 hours per week. 12‑hour night shifts.

Employment Type:

Travel.

• Provide care and support for women before, during, and after delivery.
• Monitor contractions, assist with breathing techniques, and check the cervix to track labor progress.
• Ensure beds remain clean and dry; clean up bodily fluids before and after birth.
• Aid the physician with drapes, gloves, gowns, delivery instruments, and other supplies.
• Assist physicians when epidurals, pain medications, episiotomies, or cesarean preparations are performed.
• Provide immediate care for newborns.
• Stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for extended periods; lift up to 20–50 pounds as needed.
• Maintain composure under stress and interact effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

• Current RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certification (minimum 2 years). Additional certifications may be required.
