Logan Health is seeking experienced nurses to join our Med/Surg Plus Float Pool. In this versatile role, you’ll deliver exceptional care across our Acute Care (Medical) Unit and Surgical Unit, as well possible other units such as PCU, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, Brendan House Skilled Nursing, Women’s and Children’s Units, and the SANE Team.

* What You’ll Do:
*** Provide high-quality nursing care across multiple units, adapting to varying patient needs.
* Cross train and maintain competencies in at least two or more units beyond the Med/Surg departments.
* Uphold the highest standards of safety, privacy, and patient-centered care.
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

* Qualifications:
*** Current Montana RN license
** or
* * a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.
* Must be adaptable to various inpatient settings, which are determined based on skills, experience, and/or certifications.
* RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
* Experience, competency, and certifications as required by units qualified to float.
* BSN degree preferred.
* Medical/Surgical Plus Float Pool (Medical, Surgical, PCU, Emergency Department, Pathways, Brendan House TCU and/or LTC, specific Women’s and Children’s units, or SANE Team RN

* *** equirements**: + Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience. + Must cross train and maintain competence in two (2) or more units in addition to maintaining competence to work in all the Medical/Surgical units. + BSN degree preferred. National Certification in Medical, Surgical, or emergency care preferred.
* Applicable certifications: + ACLS for PCU and ED required. + TNCC, ENPC, and PALS for ED must be successfully obtained within twelve (12) months of hire.
