PRN Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) – Logan Health

Kalispell, Montana, at Logan Health located near Glacier National Park.

Logan Health provides a 12‑bed NICU with an expanding Level III program and a multidisciplinary team including pediatric surgery, neurosurgery, neurology, and cardiology.

• Provide comprehensive neonatal nursing care in a 12‑bed NICU.
• Support board‑certified pediatric neonatologists and other specialists.
• Cover shift variability and provide coverage during busy periods, absences, and vacations.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and families in a care‑team model.

• Board certification in Neonatal Nursing or equivalent experience as a neonatal nurse practitioner.
• At least 2 years of experience in a neonatal intensive care setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.

• Variable shift schedule with PRN (casual, as needed, or per diem) basis.
• Competitive hourly rates; differential pay available for certain shifts.
• Eligibility for hourly differential pay based on department‑specific scheduling needs.
