PRN Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) – Logan Health
LocationKalispell, Montana, at Logan Health located near Glacier National Park.
About the FacilityLogan Health provides a 12‑bed NICU with an expanding Level III program and a multidisciplinary team including pediatric surgery, neurosurgery, neurology, and cardiology.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive neonatal nursing care in a 12‑bed NICU.
- Support board‑certified pediatric neonatologists and other specialists.
- Cover shift variability and provide coverage during busy periods, absences, and vacations.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and families in a care‑team model.
- Board certification in Neonatal Nursing or equivalent experience as a neonatal nurse practitioner.
- At least 2 years of experience in a neonatal intensive care setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Variable shift schedule with PRN (casual, as needed, or per diem) basis.
- Competitive hourly rates; differential pay available for certain shifts.
- Eligibility for hourly differential pay based on department‑specific scheduling needs.
