Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Acute Care – Seasonal

Location:

Logan Health Medical Center.

Schedule:

Seasonal, variable 12-hour shifts. Additional pay: 15% seasonal differential. Completion bonus: $1,000 upon successful completion of the seasonal assignment.

Logan Health’s Acute Care team is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support patients with daily care, promote comfort and safety, and assist the care team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

• Assist in basic patient care under the guidance of assigned leadership.
• Support patients with activities of daily living.
• Obtain and report vital signs.
• Document care accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, therapeutic environment.
• Communicate with nursing leadership and team members to coordinate care priorities.
• Report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining equipment cleanliness and safety.

• Required:
  
  Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate.
• Required:
  
  Current CPR certification applicable to the assigned area.
• Understanding of confidentiality laws, including HIPAA.
• Preferred:
  Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to set priorities.
• Ability to function independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting a team-focused environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn other software systems as needed.

Variable – 12 hours (United States of America). Logan Health operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and may be adjusted as needed.
