Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Acute Care – Seasonal
Location:
Logan Health Medical Center.
Schedule:
Seasonal, variable 12-hour shifts. Additional pay: 15% seasonal differential. Completion bonus: $1,000 upon successful completion of the seasonal assignment.
Logan Health’s Acute Care team is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support patients with daily care, promote comfort and safety, and assist the care team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Responsibilities- Assist in basic patient care under the guidance of assigned leadership.
- Support patients with activities of daily living.
- Obtain and report vital signs.
- Document care accurately.
- Maintain a safe, clean, therapeutic environment.
- Communicate with nursing leadership and team members to coordinate care priorities.
- Report changes in patient condition.
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining equipment cleanliness and safety.
- Required:
Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate. - Required:
Current CPR certification applicable to the assigned area. - Understanding of confidentiality laws, including HIPAA.
- Preferred:
Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to set priorities.
- Ability to function independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting a team-focused environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn other software systems as needed.
Variable – 12 hours (United States of America). Logan Health operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and may be adjusted as needed.
